Shipping & Returns

Our return policy allows for returns of cough syrup only if the package is damaged during shipment. To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment and provide photographic evidence of the damage. We will not accept returns for any other reason, including opened or used products. Once we receive the damaged package and verify the damage, we will send you a replacement product at no additional cost.

Please note that delivery typically occurs within 0-7 days of placing your order. Other than the mentioned circumstances, we do not accept any returns.
